My Confirmation Emails are failing

My details are not being added when I forward them to bot@arrivewithme.com.

From the home screen in Arrive click on the menu in the top left with the 3 lines and navigate to Account.

Ensure you have the correct email listed. The email should match the email you are sending the confirmation email from. There is an option to add an alternate email if you are using 2 emails to forward confirmations from.

Make sure the email has been verified. You will know it has been verified if you no longer have the Verify Email button in your account. To verify your email, just hit the Verify Email button and then enter the code once you receive it in that email.

If you need to change the email you have, click the pencil in the top right and make the necessary changes, then click Save.

Ensure the trip dates are correct. To check this, navigate to your trip in Arrive.

While in the Edit Trip page, also ensure Allow AI management is toggled on. If this is toggled off, we won’t add any emails that are forwarded for that trip, and we will not access it through the WhatsApp Asst. Make sure to hit Save.

The confirmation email you are forwarding might not include info we need to create an activity such as a start and end time as well as a date. If this is the case you can always follow the directions here to add an activity manually.
